0.05mm Scratch Resistant PE Protective Film Roll with Electrostatic Adhesion for Tempered Glass Surface Protection

A tempered glass panel can survive a hammer test and still be rejected by a customer because of one hairline scuff picked up on the handling line. Architectural glass leaves the tempering furnace clean, then travels through robotic handling, spacer assembly, crating and site lifting, and each of those transfers is a chance for grit to grind against the coated or printed surface. This 0.05 mm clear PE film is the barrier that travels with the panel: it clings by electrostatic force, holds flat across large lites, and peels away cleanly once the unit is glazed. The heavier 0.05 mm gauge is chosen for flat glass because it resists edge curl on wide panels and stays stable through outdoor staging areas. Light transmission above ninety percent means quality inspectors can still see through the film to check coatings, silk screen printing and low-e layers, so nothing is hidden until final removal.
