Soft Flexible PE Film for Acrylic, PMMA and Plastic Panels
Conformable protection for transparent and decorative plastic sheet
Acrylic and polycarbonate sheet is sold on appearance, so every handling mark is a claim waiting to happen. This soft, highly flexible PE film follows flat sheet and gently curved profiles, holds through sawing, edge polishing, printing and shipping, and releases cleanly when the panel reaches the job site.

A supple carrier that wraps smoothly over flat and slightly curved acrylic surfaces and resists cracking when the sheet is cut, routed or stacked.
Colour, clarity and surface finish stay visible for inspection and colour matching while the film remains in place.
Adhesion is tuned for plastic substrates so the film covers reliably but releases without grabbing, tearing or leaving a haze.
Clean peel keeps downstream steps simple: no solvent wiping, no re-polishing, no rejected panels at final inspection.

Supply Notes
Sample rolls in 33 m length are available for line trials before a bulk order. Width, adhesion and core size are confirmed against a substrate sample so the film behaves the same on your machine as it does in our lab. Bulk production runs 7 to 15 working days, with custom printed film adding a short lead time for artwork approval.
